Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 2 cans Chopped tomatoes
  • 500 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 glass Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Chopped cloves of garlic
  • Salt / pepper / paprieka / curry
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Herbs as desired
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Fry both in a saucepan in olive oil. Add minced meat and fry well.
  • When the minced meat is seared, add the tomato paste to bind the liquid. Roast everything a little and deglaze with the red wine. When the red wine has boiled down add the strained tomatoes and the chopped tomatoes.
  • Season the tomato sauce with the spices and sugar and simmer for at least 2 hours at a low temperature. (The longer the better)
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and serve with the bolognaise sauce and the Parmesan
