Spaghetti Blognaise
The perfect spaghetti blognaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 1 glass Red wine
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Onion
- 3 Chopped cloves of garlic
- Salt / pepper / paprieka / curry
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Herbs as desired
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Fry both in a saucepan in olive oil. Add minced meat and fry well.
- When the minced meat is seared, add the tomato paste to bind the liquid. Roast everything a little and deglaze with the red wine. When the red wine has boiled down add the strained tomatoes and the chopped tomatoes.
- Season the tomato sauce with the spices and sugar and simmer for at least 2 hours at a low temperature. (The longer the better)
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and serve with the bolognaise sauce and the Parmesan
