Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 2 cups of cream
- 125 ml milk
- some salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- some parsley
- some chives
- some Parmesan, freshly grated
- 2 tsp beef broth, instant

quick and easy without a bag
Finely dice the onions and garlic. Add a little oil to a large pan and brown the minced meat. When the minced meat has a nice color and there is no more oil in the pan, add the onions, garlic, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and the stock powder. Fry until a paste-like mixture forms. Now add the cream and milk and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. If you want the sauce to be more runny, you can add a little more milk. Finally, add some parsley and chives. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente and serve with the sauce. If you like, you can also sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
