Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 8 large eggs
- 250 g diced ham
- Breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- butter
- tomato sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Grease a deep, round, lidded casserole dish (28 cm) with butter. Beat the eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Place half of the spaghetti in the dish, top with the ham cubes, and then add the remaining spaghetti. Pour the eggs over the spaghetti. Sprinkle a light layer of breadcrumbs and dot with a few knobs of butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
