Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
- 500g spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, granulated
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Cut the bacon into thin strips or cubes and fry in a pan until crispy. Just before the spaghetti is done, vigorously whisk the eggs with the cream, add to the bacon, bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese, and then immediately toss everything with the drained spaghetti and serve.
