Spaghetti Carbonara light

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 100 g smoked ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 ml milk
  • some flour
  • some fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil
  • Parmesan

Lightning fast and figure-friendly: Carbonara low in fat and without eggs

Cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and very finely chop or press the garlic. Sauté in a little oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil briefly to create a creamy sauce. Cut the smoked ham into thin strips and heat in the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and fresh parsley. Pour the sauce over the pasta, grate over some more Parmesan cheese, if desired, and garnish with a sprinkling of parsley.
