Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 400 ml ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 300 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and let them thaw. Then puree them, simmer gently for about 20 minutes, and let them cool. Whip the cream with 2 teaspoons of sugar until stiff peaks form. Grate the white chocolate. Pour the cream into dessert bowls or plates. Press the vanilla ice cream through a spaetzle press. Cover with the strawberry sauce and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
