Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 large plum(s)
  • 4 raspberries
  • 10 blueberries
  • 4 figs, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Kids love it!

Fillet the oranges. Halve and pit the plums. Roughly chop the dried figs and place them in a blender along with the other fruits. Blend. Pour the puree into approximately 6 popsicle molds with sticks and let them set in the freezer for 1 day. Tip: The sweetness of the ice cream depends on the sweetness of the fruit. I like to use very sweet figs. Other fruits are also acceptable. However, I’ve found that the juicy oranges are a must.
