- From Budwig quark with vanilla
- Fruit of your choice
- 1 cups Raspberries
- 150 g Red melon
- Desiccated coconut
- Put the Budwig quark in a bowl suitable for freezing and chill in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- The fruits are left over from the breakfast – in the mixer (Vitamix) and puree well.
- Arrange the fruit puree on a plate and press the frozen Budwig quark through a potato press, sprinkle the whole thing with desiccated coconut and just enjoy.
