  • From Budwig quark with vanilla
  • Fruit of your choice
  • 1 cups Raspberries
  • 150 g Red melon
  • Desiccated coconut
  1. Put the Budwig quark in a bowl suitable for freezing and chill in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  2. The fruits are left over from the breakfast – in the mixer (Vitamix) and puree well.
  3. Arrange the fruit puree on a plate and press the frozen Budwig quark through a potato press, sprinkle the whole thing with desiccated coconut and just enjoy.
