Asparagus Salad Just for Me

The perfect asparagus salad just for me recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

vinaigrette

  • Water
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Tk herbs
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 5 tbsp Asparagus broth
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the asparagus and break the asparagus into 4 pieces. Add salt and sugar to the boiling water and cook the asparagus in it until firm to the bite.
  1. Hard boil an egg and then quench.
  1. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients into a vinaigrette. Cut the egg into small cubes and add the asparagus to the vinaigrette. Mix everything and season again
