Spaghetti in cold tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mayonnaise (salad)
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 5 tsp capers
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 bowl of cress
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious on hot days.

Using a hand blender, finely purée the mayonnaise, tuna, and 3 teaspoons of capers. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, stir in the remaining 2 teaspoons of capers, and chill. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and toss it with the cold tuna sauce while still hot. Serve garnished with cress and lemon zest.
