  • 1 bell pepper(s), red and yellow
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Peel the Lyoner sausage and cut into cubes. Sauté the Lyoner sausage and briefly saute the sliced ​​bell peppers. Slice the mushrooms thinly and add them. Add the cream, ketchup, and crushed garlic. If desired, add a little more water. Season with salt, pepper, and Maggi. I serve it with rice and a nice salad. You can also serve it with baguette. This dish dates back to my school days and is one of the few recipes that has made it into my life.
