Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp ajvar
- 200 g cream, possibly reduced-fat
- salt and pepper

quick and easy – and with a low-fat cream alternative even figure-friendly
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente and drain well. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Trim and wash the bell peppers and cut into very small cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the diced bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the ajvar and cream, bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the spaghetti. Season again and serve.
