Spaghetti Napoli in Japanese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 3 small sausages, smoked
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan, cracklings
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in a pot with a little salt according to the package instructions. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Slice the peppers and onions into thin strips. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the sausages, peppers, and onions for 1-2 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti and fry briefly, then add the ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
