Spaghetti Napolitano

The perfect spaghetti napolitano recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes red
  • 200 ml Dry white wine
  • 200 ml Sieved tomatos
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Chopped basil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the spring onion into slices, cut the peeled garlic into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and sweat the onion, add the spring onion and garlic and caramelize with the sugar. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place in the pan, deglaze with the white wine. Add the tomatoes and the cream, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped basil and place a few whole basil leaves on top to garnish.
