Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
- 100 g salami or cooked ham
- possibly mushrooms
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
- broth
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in broth, rinse, and mix well with the eggs. Place in a greased baking dish. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle one-third of the grated cheese over the pasta. Arrange the well-seasoned pizza tomatoes on top. Top with salami, cooked ham, or mushrooms. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
