Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (20%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, cut them in half crosswise and lengthwise with an egg slicer, then mix with the other ingredients and season to taste. Let stand for a while.
