Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • ½ can corn
  • 100 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • ½ pack of bacon, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s), of your choice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bacon in oil. Add the bell peppers, corn, and tomatoes and sauté over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and mix briefly. Toss with the pasta and serve!
