Spaghetti salad with Chinese spices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (Chinese)
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Break the spaghetti in half twice and cook in salted water until al dente. Slice the bell peppers and slice the spring onions. Mix with the drained pasta and the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
