Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 140 g pasta, spaghetti
  • 1 can crab (drained weight 100g)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Boil the spaghetti, adding the washed and sliced ​​leeks to the boiling water during the last few minutes. Drain the leeks and pasta, then add both to a large bowl, followed by the drained shrimp. Then, in another bowl, prepare the salad dressing with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and herbs (to taste) and pour it over the pasta, shrimp, and leeks. Finally, let the salad cool and rest.
