Spaghetti salad with mango chutney

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 jar mango chutney
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Break the spaghetti into 3 pieces and cook in salted water until al dente. Stir in the mango chutney (chop it a little if necessary to avoid larger pieces). Dice the bell pepper, thinly slice the leek, and thinly strip the ham. Mix the spaghetti with the corn and stir in the Miracle Whip and season to taste. For vegetarians, you can omit the ham.
