Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 packs of crabs (deep-sea crabs)
  • 250 g cream
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste or pepper paste (Halvar)
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • n. B. herbs, fresh, chopped

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water (don’t forget to add olive oil to the water). Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the prawns and fry briefly, tossing the pan. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream, herbs, and tomato paste and cook briefly. Arrange the spaghetti on plates, pour the sauce over it, and serve immediately. Accompany with a chilled California rosé.
