Spaghetti with Bacon
The perfect spaghetti with bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 100 g Mixed with bacon, sliced
- 0,5 bunch Fresh coriander
- 1 small Red chilli pepper
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- 2 tbsp Finely grated mountain cheese
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. In the meantime, cut the bacon into strips. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stalks and roughly chop the leaves. Core the chili pepper and cut into small strips. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, add oil, chilli and garlic and fry briefly. Swing the drained pasta in the pan until green and season well with coarsely ground pepper. Fold in the coriander. Serve with the freshly grated mountain cheese.
