Spaghetti with basil pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then let cool slightly. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil. Finely dice the mozzarella and tomato. Drain the spaghetti through a sieve and toss with the mozzarella, pumpkin seeds, tomato, and pesto. Serve hot or cold.
