Spaghetti with bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • salt water
  • 850 g bratwurst, raw
  • 7 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions. Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin and form into balls. Slice the leek into rings. Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the sausage balls. Add the leek and sauté for a few minutes in a covered pot. Finally, add the spaghetti and season with curry powder.
