Ingredients

Variation with beef strips

  • 100 g Brunch peppers & hot peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g Party prawns
  • 250 g Beef strips, (steak, min. Steaks, roul. Bottle)
  • 0,5 Piece Leek and zucchini each 1/2
  • Salt, pepper, oil

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, keeping some of the stock. Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic and halve the tomatoes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Sweat the onion and the garlic in it. Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the prawns and the brunch. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of pasta broth. Mix everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved. Add the spaghetti, mix everything well and then you can serve.
  • Since my husband is not a fan of prawns, I seared strips of beef from minute steaks in a second pan. Salt and pepper. Add half of the fried tomato and onion mixture, half of the brunch and half of the spaghetti each in both pans. You only need 100 g of the prawns and 125 - 150 g of the beef strips.
  • We both enjoyed it very, very much.
  • Addendum: Today I stewed half a leek stick in strips and half a zucchini in cubes. We liked it a lot better.
