Ingredients
Scorching:
- 1 piece Large grilled tomato, approx. 10 cm, cut in half
- 50 g Liquid butter
- 1 piece Onion, braised
Filling:
- 100 g Yoghurt 3.5%, white and pure
- 3 piece Fresh grapes
- 5 Discs Vegetable cucumber
- 5 Discs Zucchini
- 1 top Basil leaves
- 1 disc Whole grain bread in strips
Topping:
- 20 g Almond leaves, toasted and salted
Spices:
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Preparation:
- Halve the tomato and put the inner pulp in a cup. Briefly sear the two halves in the pan from above and below with butter so that nothing falls apart. Cut the onion into slices and braise it in the pan until it is brown. Chop up all other things in portions and keep them ready.
Filling:
- Fill the tomato halves on the plate with the yogurt, top with tomato paste, grapes, zucchini, cucumber, mushrooms, onions. Add some basil and wholemeal bread strips, as well as roasted salted almonds, and season.
