Spaghetti with cheese and Maggi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 200 g sausage (hunting sausage or leftover sausage from the refrigerator)
  • 2 medium-sized onions, diced
  • some oil for frying
  • some butter
  • n. B. Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fast and affordable – only for Maggi fans

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, brown the Jagdwurst or other leftover sausage and the diced onion in a little oil in a large pan. Add the drained spaghetti and a little butter to the pan, mix well, and fry briefly again, stirring frequently. Finally, top with grated Emmental cheese and let it melt. Serve on plates and top with Maggi, to taste.
