Spaghetti with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 200 g blue cheese (Österkron)
  • 60 ml milk
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add the spaghetti to boiling salted water and cook until al dente. Crumble the cheese and bring to a boil with the milk and heavy cream. Stir well and simmer until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and serve immediately. Serve with a green salad.
