Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken thighs
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp instant chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 250g spaghetti
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Portuguese one-pot recipe

Marinate the chicken thighs with garlic, salt, and pepper. Sauté the finely chopped onion in hot olive oil in a saucepan, then add the chicken thighs and sear. Then add the white wine, passata, chicken stock, and bay leaves and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the water along with the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
