Spaghetti with chili-lime sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 chili (lemon chili)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Salt
  • Lemon thyme
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for about 7 to 9 minutes, or until al dente. In the meantime, quarter the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Slice the peeled garlic. Trim the stalks from the lemon chili and chop the chili. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the vegetables. Once the spaghetti is ready, add a ladleful of the pasta water to the pan, then add the drained pasta. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice over the pasta. Season the pasta with salt and lemon thyme, and toss the pan several times to mix all the ingredients well.
