Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ pineapple, fresh
- 1 pear(s)
- 200 g almonds, chopped
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml water or white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and dice the flesh. Wash, core, and dice the pear. Roast the almonds without fat, add sugar and water or white wine. Caramelize and add the fruit. Stir, remove from the pan. Let cool, and serve. Serve with cream or ice cream.
