Spaghetti with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 400g Gorgonzola
  • n. B. Pepper, white
  • n. B. Rosemary needles, chopped
  • n. B. Sage, chopped
  • 150 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Melt the butter in a large pan, crumble the Gorgonzola, and melt it with the butter over low heat. Season with pepper, rosemary, and sage. Do not boil. Add the cream and milk and stir in the drained pasta.
