Spaghetti with Gorgonzola cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 pack of Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Water (salt water)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces. Bring the cream and half a cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Season lightly with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Add the Gorgonzola and remove the pan from the heat. Stir well until the cheese has melted. Adjust seasoning if desired. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, heat briefly again, and serve.
