Spaghetti with gyros and tzatziki

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 pts. pork or turkey, seasoned gyro style
  • 500 g sauce (tzatziki with cucumber)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Spice mix for gyros

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

A dream

Cook spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry it in a pan with the gyro meat until crispy. Pour the tzatziki into a pot and heat gently, stirring constantly (be careful—lumps will form once the sauce boils). Arrange the spaghetti on plates and spoon the gyro sauce over it. Serve immediately. Season to taste at the table with salt, pepper, and gyro seasoning.
