Spaghetti with ham and herb sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 pkt. Processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 point cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley
  • some Tuscan herbs
  • 1 bag of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spaghetti with a creamy sauce refined with ham and herbs.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, finely chop the ham and brown it. Combine the cream, crème fraîche, and processed cheese in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, parsley, and Tuscan herbs. Add the browned ham to the sauce, which is then added to the pot with the drained spaghetti. Bring to a boil briefly, if desired. Sprinkle the spaghetti with Parmesan cheese to serve.
