Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 200 g fresh leaf spinach
- some lemon zest, fresh
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Quick one-pot recipe
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, sort and wash the spinach. Salt the water well and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Add the spinach during the last half minute of cooking time and stir well. Drain the spaghetti and spinach leaves, serve, and drizzle with olive oil. Grate some lemon zest over the pasta and enjoy immediately. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
