Spaghetti with minced meat and leek

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 170 g spaghetti
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 g minced beef
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • a little oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove any overly green parts from the leek, cut into thin rings (approx. 0.5-1 cm), and wash to remove any sand. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until cooked through (but not completely browned!), seasoning with pepper, paprika, and salt. Then add the leek rings. Fry together until the minced meat is nicely browned and the leek is cooked through, taking care that the leek doesn’t become too mushy. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the leek and minced meat mixture. Variations: The leek and minced meat mixture tastes delicious with either a little soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
