Spaghetti with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 8 stalks of parsley
  • some salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice the onion. Roughly chop the parsley. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Fry the onions and mushrooms for a few minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Add the remaining butter and oregano to the pan, stir, and let simmer for a few more minutes over low heat. Then stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the spaghetti, then arrange on plates with the mushrooms, and serve immediately while hot.
