  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)

  • ½ pkt. bacon, diced

  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • cream

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, fry the bacon cubes in the pan and sauté the finely chopped onions. Mix the quark in a bowl. Add tomato paste until it turns a nice red color. Season with pepper and paprika. Once the spaghetti is cooked, add the bacon and onion cubes to the quark. Deglaze the pan juices with a little cream and add to the quark. Mix everything together. Serve the quark sauce separately with the spaghetti. If desired, you can add fresh herbs such as parsley or chives to the quark. Tip: After cooking, toss the spaghetti in the pot with some of the reserved cooking water to prevent it from sticking together.
