Spaghetti with Quick Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 150 g Onion mince
  • 2 Onions approx. 150 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 glass 400 ml Napoli with fine herbs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 0,5 tsp Rubbed oregano
  • 0,5 tsp Rubbed thyme
  • 1 tbsp Basil shredded
  • 0,5 tsp Rubbed marjoram
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 0,5 Cooking cream (75 g)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Basil tips
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water (1 teaspoon) until al dente, drain and toss in butter (1 teaspoon) in a hot saucepan. Peel the onions and finely dice them. In a pan, sauté the onion cubes in olive oil (1 tbsp) and take them out again. Add olive oil (1 tbsp) and fry the mince until crumbly, add the onion cubes again and pour the fine herbs into the glass of Napoli, pour the milk into the glass, close the lid, shake well and add to the pan. Season with oregano (½ teaspoon), thyme (½ teaspoon), basil (1 teaspoon), marjoram (½ teaspoon), sambal oelek (½ teaspoon), salt (½ teaspoon) and cooking cream and simmer or reduce for 5 - 8 minutes . Serve the spaghetti with the sauce, garnished with a ½ tomato + basil tip and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
