Spaghetti with salt and oil

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or linguine
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ chili pepper(s), hot
  • some parsley, chopped
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • some Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but remove it one minute before it’s al dente. Finely dice the garlic and slice the chili. Fry the garlic in a pan with olive oil over medium heat and add the chili. Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon. Increase the heat to high and deglaze with the lemon juice. Add the pasta, let it simmer briefly, and serve mixed with a little parsley and Parmesan cheese.
