Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g crunchy peanut butter
- 125 g butter, soft
- 300 g brown sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¾ tsp baking soda
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cream together the sugar, peanut butter, butter, milk, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg well. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt and sift over the mixture. Mix well. Drop the dough by the tablespoonfuls, leaving some space between each tablespoon, onto a prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to press a lattice into the surface. Bake the cookies for about 7-8 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Let rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Yields about 35-40 cookies.
