Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 25 olives, black
  • 25 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack of shrimp(s)
  • some olive oil
  • some spice mix, (Vegeta)
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • e.g. basil leaves
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water as usual. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Slice the olives into small rings and quarter the small tomatoes. Chop the fresh basil leaves. First, fry the shrimp with garlic in a little olive oil in a pan. Add a little Vegeta. After about 3-4 minutes, add the olives and tomatoes and fry everything together for a while. When the tomatoes are softer and have released some of their juices, simply drizzle with a generous splash of olive oil, season with more Vegeta and heat everything through. Place the drained spaghetti in a bowl, add the shrimp, sprinkle with basil and stir. If you like it spicy, you can also sprinkle on plenty of chili.
