  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • possibly cayenne pepper
  • possibly garlic clove(s), crushed

Instructions

the alternative to garlic butter

Combine the softened butter with the Parmesan cheese and tomato paste, then season with salt. If you like it a bit spicier, you can add cayenne pepper or a crushed garlic clove. It tastes great with grilled food or on freshly toasted ciabatta.
