  • 250 g Turkey schnitzel
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Brown mushrooms
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger (approx. 10 g)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Branches 2 – 3 Zweige Basilikum
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • Basil
  1. Cook whole wheat pasta in salted water (1 teaspoon) according to the instructions on the package and drain. Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice. Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve and cut into slices. Clean and wash the chilli pepper and cut into fine cubes. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Wash the basil, shake dry and cut into strips. Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in a high pan and fry / stir-fry the turkey escalope strips, tomato cubes, mushroom slices and chilli pepper cubes, garlic clove cubes, ginger cubes and basil strips one after the other. Season with salt (1 teaspoon), pepper (½ teaspoon), Italian herbs (1 teaspoon) and sambal oelek (1 teaspoon). Fold in the spaghetti and garnish with basil, serve.
