Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 250 g sour cream
- 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 5 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
Instructions

Sauce for fondue
Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, ketchup, and horseradish. Stir in the bell pepper pieces and garlic. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
