Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 cups of cream, 200 ml each
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 cups of herb melted cheese, 200 g each
- black pepper, freshly ground
- some parsley
- some chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat until crumbly, browning slightly. Add the cream and cream cheese and let it melt. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press. Grind pepper over it, season to taste, and add the herbs. Drain the spaghetti, arrange on plates, and pour the sauce over it.
