Spaghetti
The perfect spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 3 piece Red pointed peppers
- 1 whole Garlic bulb
- 2 piece Fresh onion,
Spaghetti seasoning
- Oregano
- Marjoram
- Basil
- Parsely
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Bay leaves
- Tarragon
- Sage
- Everything dried, and chopped.
- 2 packet Sieved tomatos
- 1 Can Tomato concentrate
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Granular broth
- Chop the onion into small pieces.
- Cut the bell pepper into small pieces
- Chop the garlic into small pieces
- Sauté everything with a little oil.
- Add the tomato sauce
- Let simmer a little, then puree everything with the hand blender.
- Refine with sugar and the spaghetti spices, season with a little sugar. Possibly add some grained stock instead of salt.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente
- And then serve with plenty of Parmesan.
