The perfect spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 3 piece Red pointed peppers
  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 2 piece Fresh onion,

Spaghetti seasoning

  • Oregano
  • Marjoram
  • Basil
  • Parsely
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Bay leaves
  • Tarragon
  • Sage
  • Everything dried, and chopped.
  • 2 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 1 Can Tomato concentrate
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoon Granular broth
  1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
  1. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces
  1. Chop the garlic into small pieces
  1. Sauté everything with a little oil.
  1. Add the tomato sauce
  1. Let simmer a little, then puree everything with the hand blender.
  1. Refine with sugar and the spaghetti spices, season with a little sugar. Possibly add some grained stock instead of salt.
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente
  1. And then serve with plenty of Parmesan.
  1. We also had cucumber salad.
