Spaghettini with lime and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghettini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta with the juice of half a lime. Sauté the spring onions in the oil. Then add the diced feta. Do not let the cheese melt. Add the remaining lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the pasta.
