Spanish tuna salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ vegetable onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • n. B. vinegar
  • e.g. olive oil
  • e.g. parsley, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna and shred it in a bowl. Dice the bell pepper and slice the onion into half rings, and add to the fish. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Let it marinate briefly. Then add the oil and finely chopped parsley. Serve with white bread.
